After completing his otolaryngology speciality training in Singapore, Dr Gan pursued further expertise in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery. He completed his sub-specialty training at the internationally acclaimed St Paul’s Sinus Centre, which is affiliated with the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. This centre is globally renowned for its excellence in nose and sinus care.

For several years, he was also the Director of the Rhinology Module for an annual ENT surgical skills course at Changi General Hospital. A passionate and dedicated teacher, he has mentored many local and international ENT residents, instructing them on both basic and advanced sinus surgical techniques.
